• Children under 12 yrs old sharing room with parents are free of charge
• A deposit is required to guarantee the booking, being either 30% or 3 nights whichever is greater. 50% deposit is required for Christmas / New Year Period.
• During the Christmas an NY's Eve season a minimum stay of 7 nights per room per booking is required.
