We delighted to welcome every guests to stay with us at the green environment and easy accessible with AU THONG RESIDENCE we are service apartment with fully facilities you can enjoy for every rooms. Air-Condition, satellite TV channels, Hot-Cold shower and faucet, Private balcony with outside pantry,personal security box, communal swimming pool, restaurant and coffee bar. We prouded to provide the free wi-fi for you not missing the webs.

• Deposit 10,000.- bahts and one month rental must be paid before check in
• Room cleaning are free of charge (twice a week)
• Two bottles of water, sope, shampoo, tissue are provided on the first check in date.
• Check in time is 14.00 hrs. and check out time is 12.00 hrs. and late check out until14.00 hrs. (subject to room availability)
• Cancellation & no show charges : in the event of a cancellation written notice must be received by the apartment at least 7 days prior to expected arrival. Failure to notify the apartment within the 7 days period. The apartment will invoice a "no show" charge of 20% or nonrefunded the deposit at applicable rate on the agreement.

*This daily rate will be applied after the monthly contract end. It is not normal daily room rate.
